We are seeking an experienced hands-on HR leader with proven experience in the HR consulting / outsourcing / agency environment to lead workforce deployment, client HR delivery, and internal people performance.
This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, execution-driven environments.
Minimum Requirements.
- 1. Minimum 5+ years progressive HR experience.
- 2. At least 2 years in HR leadership / team management.
- 3. Mandatory experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment agency environment.
- 4. Strong experience managing:
- a) Outsourced staff operations.
- b) Payroll coordination.
- c) HR compliance & audits.
- d) End-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- e) Recruitment & onboarding.
- f) Performance management systems.
Ideal Candidate.

- 1. Strong understanding of East African labor laws.
- 2. Experience handling high-volume workforce operations.
- 3. Excellent client-facing stakeholder management.
- 4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- 5. Professional HR certification (CHRP or equivalent) preferred.
