A leading international humanitarian organization seeks to identify a Regional HR Leader to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and HR governance across a multi-country portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- 1. Fluency in English & French is mandatory as both will be assessed.
- 2. Minimum 8+ years HR experience in international / NGO / humanitarian sector.
- 3. Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations.
- 4. Strong understanding of donor-funded environments & compliance frameworks.
- 5. Proven leadership in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
- 6. Ability to operate in complex, multicultural, matrix environments.

- 1. Currently at HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner level.
