Key Requirements:
1. Mandatory: Must hold certifications from a Malta-recognized country
2. Education: Mechanical Engineer (MTS Level)
3. Extensive experience in offshore construction, specifically pipe-handling and automatic welding systems
4. Technical proficiency in hydraulics, controls, and PLC systems
5. Strong leadership skills: Ability to supervise Engineers, Mechanics, and Motormen
6. Administrative competence: Managing daily logs and Oracle planned maintenance
Ideal Profile:
1. A decisive leader capable of managing safe operations in complex matrix environments
2. Expertise in corrective and preventive maintenance (PM) systems
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
