The Role


  • -> We are looking for an energetic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and grow our market presence in Nigeria. You will manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • -> Achieve sales targets through direct sales and partner networks.
  • -> Analyze market trends and cover key geographies and industrial segments.
  • -> Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • -> Identify opportunities for upgrades and new solutions at client sites.
  • -> Drive new product and application sales using concept selling.
  • -> Develop business through Key Accounts, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • -> Build and maintain customer database and strong relationships.
  • -> Collaborate with peers to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • -> Support service calls and troubleshooting when required.

Who You Are

  • -> Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental Science, Mechanical).
  • -> 3–6 years of sales experience in thermal/steam solutions or related engineering products.
  • -> Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • -> Techno-commercial knowledge with ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.
  • -> Organized, results-oriented, and a self-starter with a winning attitude.
