We are looking for a brilliant candidate within the age bracket of 24–29 years, with a strong foundation in accounting and training in business development, strategy, or commercial growth. We are intentionally looking for someone who can think, analyze, and help build the business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- -> Maintaining accurate financial records and strong documentation systems
- -> Tracking revenue, expenses, and cash flow to support business decisions
- -> Supporting preparation of monthly management and profitability reports
- -> Supporting tax compliance and audit preparation
- -> Conducting basic financial and market analysis
- -> Supporting business development initiatives (pricing, proposals, cost analysis, growth tracking)
- -> Strengthening internal financial and operational controls
Required Qualifications:
- -> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field CPA (Part I or II) or ACCA is an added advantage
- -> Must have worked in at least one firm (internship or full-time)
- -> At least one business development, entrepreneurship, or strategy-related course
