Group Loss Control Head (Security Head)

Job Description
The Group Loss Control Head will lead and establish the organization’s loss control and security function across multiple operational sites. The role is responsible for protecting company assets, preventing theft and fraud, and implementing effective monitoring and investigation procedures. The successful candidate will oversee security operations, conduct investigations, and manage loss control teams while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and lead the Loss Control and Security function
2. Develop investigation and incident management procedures
3. Oversee theft, fraud, and stock loss investigations
4. Implement fuel monitoring and asset protection systems
5. Manage and supervise loss control teams
6. Coordinate with law enforcement and security providers
7. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
8. Provide regular security and loss control reports

Requirements

• Senior-level military, security, or law enforcement background preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or large workforce environments
• Strong investigation and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multi-site security operations
• Willingness to relocate to Malawi
• Available to join immediately
