Role Overview
As a Workday Configuration Engineer, you will play a
key role in administering, maintaining, and developing Workday HCM and related
HR systems. You will contribute to digitalization and automation projects,
optimize HR and administrative processes, and ensure seamless integration
across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Workday
HCM: Administer and technically develop Workday, including release
management, user rights, data quality, and second-level support.
- Hyland
OnBase: Manage ECM systems focusing on digital personnel files,
contract management, vehicle records, trademarks, and financial
documentation.
- Career
Portal: Oversee technical and content management, including
maintaining interfaces with Concludis (applicant management system).
- Time
Management Systems: Support sales units using Edtime or similar
systems.
- System
Documentation: Create and maintain guidelines, documentation, and
training materials.
- Digitalization
& Automation: Participate in projects to optimize HR and
administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Proven
experience with cloud-based HR systems (e.g., Workday), including
release management and technical documentation.
- Hands-on
experience with ECM systems (preferably Hyland OnBase).
- Basic
knowledge of time management systems (e.g., ATOSS, Edtime).
- Familiarity
with interfaces between SAP HCM and Workday, as well as other
systems.
- Understanding
of HR processes, digitalization, and data protection/GDPR
compliance.
